FIDAFAM AgriSynergy Pvt. Ltd. is proud to announce the launch of our new Skill Development Center at Jeevan Dhara, Titwala, aimed at empowering youth with practical, income-generating agricultural infrastructure skills.
Our training began with a hands-on session on constructing a green net house, an essential structure for protected farming and modern agriculture. The very first step focused on fixing the green shade net onto aluminum profiles using zig-zag springs, a crucial technique that ensures durability, proper tension, and wind resistance.
What made the day truly special was that the demonstration was led by one of the students, showcasing how quickly practical skills can be learned when training is experiential. Watching a learner confidently install the net inspired everyone present and set a positive tone for the program ahead.
This initiative is part of FIDAFAM’s mission to create learn-and-earn opportunities for youth by combining agriculture, construction skills, and entrepreneurship. We look forward to many more training sessions where participants will gain real-world experience in building sustainable farming structures.
